I need ideas on what I can take for lunches to work. I have a couple of store bought salads but I know I’m going to be sick of them soon.

Some wraps with vegetable and protein, sandwiches can be a good option. Plus some fruit or vegetables

I do protein shakes and Bars. I also take a small container or berries, some cheese sticks and a turkey pepperoni stick. I'll do some pre bought small vegetable trays as well. I make my husband deli meat and cheese rolls upstairs with no bread, as him and I do mostly keto. We also make chicken salad and egg salad snd wrap it in provolone cheese. I pack our lunches at night when cleaning up from dinner, so they are done and over with and don't have go worry about it in the am.
