I live in Indiana. The weather wasn’t bad at all this weekend. I appreciate your concern about West having to carry stuff, I can assure you he didn’t care at all and it was for maybe half a mile until we got to the next trash can.

I'm really struggling this go round. We went on vacation for a week and I gained 5 pounds. I know I did wrong, but vacation has always been about trying the local restaurants and eating whatever I wanted. I did good the first couple days, then turned into a food gremlin and ate everything... I wish it was as easy to lose it, as it is to gain it

I had the same issue last weekend while out of town. When I go to new restaurants like that, I have a hard time ordering just the same old tired stuff I am supposed to eat. I’m back on track this week though.

Some wraps with vegetable and protein, sandwiches can be a good option. Plus some fruit or vegetables

I do protein shakes and Bars. I also take a small container or berries, some cheese sticks and a turkey pepperoni stick. I'll do some pre bought small vegetable trays as well. I make my husband deli meat and cheese rolls upstairs with no bread, as him and I do mostly keto. We also make chicken salad and egg salad snd wrap it in provolone cheese. I pack our lunches at night when cleaning up from dinner, so they are done and over with and don't have go worry about it in the am.
