We are so close!!! I just wanted to share a little victory over here, I’m learning some new healthy lifestyle habits that I hope will serve me for a long time. I know it’s almost weigh in time and going to be close for me, so I’m trying to be extra mindful. However yesterday I took my teen daughters out for a special day of shopping and nails and brunch for back to school. I was seriously craving a pancake although I knew it wasn’t the ‘best’ choice for me weight wise. I went back and forth debating and finally went for it. But was super reasonable—just a single and paired it with Turkey sausage. I ate mindfully and felt satisfied after. Had a similar situation at dinner—we have been making a pasta dish that uses some tasty fresh summer ingredients but I knew pasta wasn’t my ‘best’ choice. Went for it anyway but dished up a very balanced portion, and was happy. My personal takeaway is that I can have the tasty foods just in moderation so that I don’t go overboard later, from deprivation

They make better choices in both this items. There's keto mix for pancakes and waffles (so you can have less carbs than the regular) and there's protein noodles and raos marinara sauce. You can still have the things you want just have to find those better options. And now I want a waffle

Indulging in moderation is good for long term success.
