How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Good morning. This will be my last kick starter for a while. I’ve beat the last two goals. I’m now also doing a transformer which I’m rocking. I’m now at that point of slow and steady wins the race.

In February I was diagnosed with breast cancer. May 25 I finished radiation weighing 218 lbs. I’m now walking two miles 5-6 times weekly. Swimming laps a couple times a week. I’m eating simple, more natural foods approx 1300-1500 calories daily. I’m currently 206 lbs.

God bless you all on your journey! I’ve got your back from afar!
