    I’ve been struggling with a back injury that felt like it would be the end of this game before it even started.
    Good news is I woke up with a new attitude:
    I can still make healthy choices.
    I can still hold myself accountable.
    I can still take baby steps toward my goal.
    I can stay positive.

I fear I have bitten off more than I can chew with this game. As I have started late, I have around 3 weeks to lose just over 12 pounds 😱 I’m going to try my absolute best but it seems a huge goal in that time.

Do your best! I have technically lost several DietBet recently, but overall dropped some weight and I find the bet is really motivating to head in that direction rather than doing nothing and guaranteed gaining

I've just eaten 2 bars of chocolate in my car after I promised myself today was the day of change..... for the 100th time haha
I binge eat.... go into terrible ruts.... I've gained 10kg in the last year from just eating when I'm frustrated, tired, bored..... over eating.... just not caring and treating myself like rubbish!! Needs to stop. So I've just joined this bet and hope to check in daily for some motivation because I need someone to give me a kick up the ass and reality check!! In the past the only way I've ever stuck to a plan was when it was a competition or I was being held accountable.... so this is it now...

If you know you have emotional eating you should talk to specialist. They will help you how to control it or you can manage on your own to find other solution instead of food. I have it as well and I am on good way to control it. Hopefully this bet will help you. Good luck

Maybe try switching to atkins chocolates. At least to start weening off. They're lower cal at least and you sure can't eat too many or you'll regret it.

    Feels good to choose a healthy version of me. For reference, a few months ago I was barely making 5,000 steps per day and definitely not exercising.
