Well, this week was a crummy week. I didn’t feel good and ate whatever I had in the house so Eonta a better week and I feel better today after sleeping like 16 hours yesterday and headed to the grocery store! Love you guys.

  • 1 hour sweat session today on the elliptical where it all started! At 485lbs all movement was hard, and honestly I didn't think I'd ever enjoy the gym + I always avoided all physical activity. However if you never try new things you'll never know what you could enjoy or who you could be! Did you workout today?

    Lots of water
    This is Lunch : pot barley , chicken and salad

    EDIT
    Salad : Romain lettuce , orange and red cherry tomatoes from my garden, Persian cucumbers ,broccoli sprouts . Dressing is made with avocado oil mayonnaise, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, Touch of honey S &P
