10 pounds down since Wednesday of last week! I have a lot to lose and am just starting so I knew I’d have quite a bit of water weight loss right at the start… but still encouraging.

I joined late.. and I am glad I decided to still join because I am feeling so much better already. Excited to see how I am feeling by the end of the year.

Like I said, I have a lot to lose.. in the grand scheme of things it’s not that much at my size. So please do not think you are not doing well just because your journey is not the same :)

  • Had a protein shake and 1/2 cup of blueberries for Breakfast
    Lots of water
    This is Lunch : pot barley , chicken and salad

    EDIT
    Salad : Romain lettuce , orange and red cherry tomatoes from my garden, Persian cucumbers ,broccoli sprouts . Dressing is made with avocado oil mayonnaise, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, Touch of honey S &P

Julie it’s broccoli sprouts , I bought it but I use to make it at home ! I need to restart doing that

  • 6 am yoga 25 minutes
    Because of the coughing I wake up 2 hours earlier, it's an opportunity to exercise but the SCALE is going up and down due to lack of sleep… It’s discouraging but I have to ignore the number
