How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I'm definitely not going to hit goal this time. I did great the first 2 weeks, but then got sick. The prednisone has made me eat everything in sight.

I can at least say I am not a higher weight than when I started.

I failed a lot. When I first started I won every game and lost 40lbs. But I got off track and gained it all back. Tried and lost several times. I am back on track and so far won this round. Ryoku it is hard. As long as you keep trying, you will get there. We all fail sometimes but we all can get back on track to our own personal goal. You got this. Little steps. Go for a walk and take water. I believe in you.

I’m with you here. I was supposed to be off prednisone and was hoping to meet the goal…but no, tapering had to happen a lot slower than initially planned.
