    - First of all - thank you all for being here! Every single month I am overwhelmed with love, encouragement, support, and all the positive vibes you all bring. I love this community so much and im so grateful for another year with you all!! We have lost over 2,400lbs just this month! AMAZING!

I won the bet and while I am excited, part of me is also afraid I'm gonna screw this up. I've been struggling with weight ever since trying to first get pregnant and being diagnosed with PCOS. I've lost weight before and every time I've gained it back. So while there is excitement, there's also some trepidation that this is going to be like every time before. Anyone else feeling similar?

Can totally relate! I have cycled something awful with my weight! Then my dr sent me for help with managing my weight, I was found to be suffering with binge eating disorder and bulemia. This led to a restriction/ binge cycle that made my weight a nightmare!!!! But I finished 6 months of treatment, had no relapse in the 6 months since treatment has finished so no my psych has said that I can start trying to manage my weight! I just have to be very mindful and not restrict too much as she says that may be triggering! But I'm down 10kg with just exercise and being mindful and all i can do is hope this time it will work!!!

  • Early morning birthday workout today & feeling pretty proud of myself! One reason I started my weightloss journey is because I was scared if I didn't change I wouldn't live to see my 30th birthday & then when I got sick I feared every birthday could be my last. Taking care of ourselves is so impoetant at any age! Happy to say this is 34 & to see another birthday as my best self! Finding my balance at dinner tonight & right back at it tomorrow! <3

I did so well eating and walking on my trip but today the struggle is real. Horrible day at work and wanting to dig in the candy bowl. I made it thru my shift without doing so though. Going to bed so I can end in a win 😳

Use a low-carb wrap and put cream cheese and peanut butter in the center and sprinkle with the either low-carb chocolate chip or the semi sweet ones that use the other sweetener roll it up cut it into pinwheels put butter brushed on the top. Put it in the air fryer on about 350 for four minutes. It is fantastic.

  • Hello everyone! Our game officially starts TODAY and i'm so excited to get healthy with you & finish this year strong! For those of you who may not know me my name is Lexi (fatgirlfedup). I joined my first dietbet in 2016 and it helped me personally to lose 312lbs in two years with diet/exercise. No meal plan, surgery, personal trainer, but just counting my calories, focusing on my diet with 30-60 mins of exercise 5x a week in the beginning. Here's a few things to get started & some tips:
    - Welcome to our game! Together we are losing pounds and have become a community full of love, encouragement, and support! It brings me great joy to host and I love being part of such a positive weight loss space. We will have others joining us for 14 days so be sure to invite friends,family, and coworkers. You may literally save their life just by getting them to join in on the fun!
    - Diet is key! I use myfitnesspal to track all the food i'm eating and it helped me learn about nutrition labels, log my water/workouts, and showed me my progress!
    - MOVE! Try to get atleast 30 minutes of exercise 4-5x a week even if it's just walking. Every step adds up! I started with the elliptical 5x a week in the beginning as I was 485lbs and it helped me to not feel like i was hurting my body or my knees. Start where you can and just focus on moving daily even if it's something small it all adds up!
    - WATER is your best friend! I aim to drink a gallon a day. Water helps to keep you full, boost your metabolism, and can even help your skin while losing weight!
    - Let's be friends! Be sure to tag #fatgirlfedupsdietbet on all social media so we can find & cheer each other on!
    - PICTURES. Sometimes the scale doesn't tell the full story so be sure to take ALL the before pictures. I promise you WILL want them and we can't wait to see your transformation!

I'm starting roughly around your start weight Lexi, and myfitnesspal gives me around 2100 Cals currently. Sounds like yours was much lower, just curious if I should be lowering my cal count?

Along with pictures, take measurements!! That helps me when the scale isn't budging and I think I look the same in all pictures until there's a big difference. But the measurements don't lie to me!
