Made it! Waiting for final verification 201 was the goal but made it to 199.4. "Onederland" finally!! Been off and on with Lexi for years but this was the year for me where everything finally clicked. Good luck everyone! ❤

Finish strong everyone! Personally not looking like I'm going to win this one between it being my birthday month & celebrating Thanksgiving early with family - but I'm still showing up and fighting! Thank you for this post. I was debating whether or not I should join another challenge or take a break… I have successfully completed 2 4 weeks games with you and have lost 20 lbs!!! I NEVER BELIEVED ICOULD DO THAT IN 2 MONTHS!!! I was doubting whether I could Win another game… but that doesn’t matter! I can continue to keep showing up for me. So again… thank you Lexi.

The scale is so crazy! The scale barely moved last week and then I lost 4.2 lbs in one day! I know it is because I ate some high sodium foods and my body was holding water and finally flushed itself out but that scale can really mess with your head. We are now in the home stretch! Stay strong everybody!

This is the way that I lose weight. I can go all week following my eating plan and exercising and not lose an ounce. Then one day I will drop 3 or 4 ponds. It can be frustrating but I just try to remember I am in this for the long goal.:grinning:

I became a member last game as well as this game. I feel the weekly weigh ins kept me more on track throughout the entire game and my weight loss was consistent. I’m hoping to win this game as well. Good luck to everyone.

A simple steak cooked in the air fryer, topped with sautéed onions and mushrooms. With a side of veggies and 1/2 of a small baked potato. My fave quick healthy meal.

My favorite weight loss tip is water and fasting. For a busy parent it’s easier eliminate then meal prep. However be careful, a long fast can reduce patience :)
