How do you verify the weight loss?
For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

- A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

The first two rounds I made my goal. I got emails saying that I made the goal, and a payout amount (less than the 40 I paid to enter) no where on my account do I see the winnings applied and I am being charged the full 40 each time so it's not been taken off.
Why are the winnings less than I paid and where are they?
