For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Does anyone have tips on how to handle water retention/bloating because of their cycle? I was really on track but then gained about 5 pounds overnight and I’m worried I won’t make my weight in.

Nothing that I've found helps much during that time either. I was literally two tenths of a pound away from goal yesterday... This morning I'm a pound heavier even though I behaved SO GOOD yesterday

The more you drink, the more you lose water. It sounds a little weird but increasing water intake can prevent water retention. It works for me.
