For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I used MyFitnessPal for a long time and throughout my weight loss. It's great and I always used the free version! I switched to Lose It about a year ago and I love that one, too. I ended up going for the paid version (after using it for a short time they offered a really good deal) and chose their 'weekend' plan, which gives you a little less calories during the week, and a little more on the weekends.

I'm a big believer in tracking! Fortunately, there are free options for many trackers so I'm sure you'll find one you like! If you don't like the first one you try, you can switch it up. :) Tracking can really help with consistency.
