    As we head into these last few days, be kind to yourself and be proud of your decision to make your health a priority.

    A few tips for these final days:
    -No drastic changes
    -Keep moving
    -Drink your water
    -Get enough sleep
    -Limit salt
    -Have fun

    Whether you're crushing your goal or struggling a bit, please keep in mind that PROGRESS is the real win. Any changes you can say you've noticed since the game started - that's what you should focus on. What have you learned about yourself? What little victories have you accomplished? It's not all about the scale (yes, the game is determined by the little numbers by your feet, but they don't determine your worth, your happiness, or what you're capable of).

    Make it your final push but also look at how far you've come too!

Finally!!! I had been stuck for almost 2 weeks at the same weight even with a low calorie diet and lots of exercise. I was as getting pretty frustrated. Today I woke up and was a little over 1lb down!

  • Happy Saturday! Our final week is coming up soon! Keep going strong and working on building healthy habits. Building habits is the key as they'll stick with you long after the game ends.

    Every step you take, no matter how small, is a step away from where you were and closer to where you want to be. Keep pushing forward, one day at a time. Your future self will thank you.

    What are you all up to this weekend? I'll be getting the house ready for hosting Thanksgiving and having a few guests stay with us at the time. I plan to squeeze in a long walk at our local park too!

    I hope you all had a great weekend! We’ve got two more weeks left so keep going strong.

    Every day is a fresh start so never give up! We often start the day strong, but sometimes motivation wanes and we don’t make great choices. The key is catching yourself and not waiting until tomorrow to start fresh. Do it at your next meal or do that workout you missed.

    You’ll be glad you did!

Not gonna lie, this week - I was bad. I was on my period, and could not stop myself from eating. Gained 2 pounds back (not a water weight). Though it is okay. I am on this journey for 2 months now, and at least I did not eat as much as I was eating before. Realized that I was getting fuller with the smaller amounts. Downward week, but I will re-lose that 2 pounds and much more again. I am very forgiving towards others. Today, I chose to be forgiving towards myself

    Weekends are a great time to add in healthy activities that you may not have time for during the week. Whatever your weekend looks like, make it a great one and plan ahead so you'll stay on track.

    Some ideas to nourish you, mind, body and soul:

    -Discover a new workout video
    -Turn up the music and dance like no one's watching (one of my favorites)
    -Create a fitness challenge for yourself and complete it both Saturday and Sunday
    -Step into the kitchen and create a recipe with healthy foods you already have (hint, use Google for inspiration)
    -Journal (if you're not sure what to write, use gratitude as your inspiration)
    -Read a book
    -Watch something that makes you laugh!
    -Learn something new

    And always remember to drink your water!

I was on a plateau for the last 3 weeks. This week- I woke up and realized, I am out of the plateau and I lost 2 kg!! I am very happy! My goal is to continue to this trend even though my period is coming in couple days
