How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Week 1: 1kg down. Here is what contributed to it!
Min 7000 steps every day.
40 mins cardio for 2 days.
40 mins Upper + lower body strength 1 day.
Not really calorie deficit, but cut down 20% of what I ate last week, and tried IF but not consistent.
Replaced sugar with lakanto (monk fruit sweetener 0 cal)
Last but not least, 2.5+ litres of water daily.
All the best everyone! Way to go

Sounds like a winning strategy for your health and fitness goals! Way to go! I've head of lakanto and have been curious about it. Do you like it?

Karthiga

It's 1 to 1 for sugar. But I must say it changes the taste a bit of the coffee/anything you add to. Still ok. Also if you plan on using it for baking, it's a no. Desired Consistency can't be achieved. Bcz it's granulates over time.
