How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Happy Friday! Weekends are a great time to add in healthy activities that you may not have time for during the week. And this time of year may come with extra temptations.

    Whatever your weekend looks like, make it a great one and plan ahead so you'll stay on track.

    Try to take some time for yourself! For example...

    -Discover a new workout video
    -Turn up the music and dance like no one's watching (one of my favorites)
    -Create a fitness challenge for yourself and complete it both Saturday and Sunday
    -Step into the kitchen and create a recipe with healthy foods you already have (hint, use Google for inspiration)
    -Journal (if you're not sure what to write, use gratitude as your inspiration)
    -Read a book
    -Watch something that makes you laugh!
    -Learn something new
    -Go for a walk in nature (if it's not too cold!)

    And always remember to drink your water!
