Perfect challenge for this week! I don’t have a picture yet, but I meal prepped this weekend for the entire week. I made a big batch of chicken, veggie, avocado, and sweet potato soup for lunch all week. Stored in mason jars and in the fridge. A quick heat up and I have a delicious and nutritious lunch. I also made a big batch of salad so that is prepped for quick add ons and for dinner. Two days in and I’m already feeling better and less bloated. 😁

  • Happy Friday! Weekends are a great time to add in healthy activities that you may not have time for during the week. And this time of year may come with extra temptations.

    Whatever your weekend looks like, make it a great one and plan ahead so you'll stay on track.

    Try to take some time for yourself! For example...

    -Discover a new workout video
    -Turn up the music and dance like no one's watching (one of my favorites)
    -Create a fitness challenge for yourself and complete it both Saturday and Sunday
    -Step into the kitchen and create a recipe with healthy foods you already have (hint, use Google for inspiration)
    -Journal (if you're not sure what to write, use gratitude as your inspiration)
    -Read a book
    -Watch something that makes you laugh!
    -Learn something new
    -Go for a walk in nature (if it's not too cold!)

    And always remember to drink your water!

Out in nature to grab a Xmas tree, meal planning and prepping, and spring cleaning in winter. Also some relax time, it’s been a rough week and I need some extra sleep!

Better-Tomorrow

Challenge complete! This was a great one for me because I often forget to drink water and then I think I sometimes confuse thirst for hunger. Thanks for helping me stay on track! :blush:

    We can drink our water and fully enjoy, bathe in water, swim in water, and exercise on top of it - skating, skiing, snowshoeing, paddle on it too... water is life, eh.
