  • I've never liked food that's good for you. So this is a challenge trying to eat better and Im not a big fan of fish and string beets lol

Me either but what I try to do is find a recipe for something that I DO like and make it healthier but cutting out some of the oils and swapping Stevia for sugar, etc. You can't lose weight and keep it off by eating gross food you don't like, you'll end up feeling deprived and binging - take it from someone who's gone through it! Good luck!
