This game has been such a wonderful constant gentle push. Looking back, I can’t believe the things that I said “no” to like unnecessary food treats, boredom eating, and having my boundaries crossed. I know these are beginning steps but I feel so empowered and now have “action items” in the bank to show that I am capable of doing this!! Hooray!!
