  • Creamy Cheesy Oats!
    I rotate different vegetables in this like baby spinach, onions/ green onion, mushrooms, peppers, tomato. I also will swap the whole egg for an egg white and guacamole or some turkey bacon.

    Ingredients:
    Old fashioned oats, fat free shredded cheddar, fat free Velveeta slice, fat free cream cheese, sautéed baby spinach, tomato and white onion, an egg white and an over easy whole egg. Season with salt, pepper, paprika and red pepper flakes.

I've had a setback today since my child got sick and therefore I couldn't go to the gym our even leave the house... I struggle with overeating once my routine collapse. So I quickly decided to join this game to get me back on track. Hope you all had a more successful day than me 🙈

I hope your little one is feeling better! Remember, weight loss is more about what we consume than exercise. We moms tend to out ourselves last, and then we end up unhealthy and unhappy. Choose you so you can be there for your loved ones! <3

Thx :pray: I was very strict with my diet, having a deficit of 500-800kcal a day while tracking all my food and macros. I go to the gym 5 times a week (5split bodybuilding weight lifting plan) and run 2 times a week. Also I try to sleep at least 7 hours per night which is not so easy sometimes with a 2year old girl :smile:

Also Michael Matthews books 'thinner leaner stronger' and 'the little black book of workout motivation' were a big boost for me and gave me direction and further focus

Was doing so well, Been eating really good and doing a 5 mile walk 5 days a week. Was only 3lb away from the goal last week, joined the gym this week and scales gone up 5lb

You're doing all the right things! It may be water that you're holding on to - I bet if you don't eat carbs for a couple days, the weight will come off!
