I did not meet my goal but, I did loose a couple pounds. That is a win!! I am focused on 2 lbs at a time. I have been struggling since last month with digestive issues. I know the 2 b mindset works. I will continue to focus on my tracking and eating more veggies and will sign up for the next DietBet. The groups are so encouraging. Congratulations to all achieved their goals!   • Got in an early morning workout. Adjusting to changes with my body this past year has been interesting. After 50 it’s been a roller coaster but getting familiar with 2B Mindset has been a huge help. 3 months ago I thought I was just going to gain weight and lose muscle and be tired all the time. Feeling way better and building back some strength. I won’t meet my weight goal in this bet but where I’m at and what I’ve learned has been a big win!

Get ready for the final weigh in! Once the game ends tonight at midnight PST, you have until 11:59PM PST on Dec 19 to submit your final weight. If you're a winner, you'll be asked to submit photos and will get a new weigh-in word when you visit the weigh-in screens.

Submit early to make sure your photos are accepted, and remember - don't eat that cupcake until you get an email that your photos are approved! (If you don't get one, check your spam folder.) You must have an approved weigh-in in order to be declared a winner.

The game will finalize 24-36 hours after all weigh-ins have been submitted. Good luck!

Tomorrow the button at the top will say something like "submit your final weigh in" and it will prompt you to manually enter your weight. If your weight is at or below the "goal" weight DietBet set for you, you will then get your weigh in word to verify your weight. If you didn't reach your goal weight, it will not make you take a picture. Be sure to check back that your weigh in word picture has been approved before you indulge in all the food.

I didn’t let myself spiral after overeating at a party on Saturday night. Threw away the leftovers the hostess made me take, drank water and lots of veggies yesterday, no snacking, and had a nice WLD, rare for me on a Sunday! I have 1.3 pounds to win this Dietbet. There is so much holiday candy/chocolate and treats flooding into our clinic in the hospital so I’m telling everyone to keep them away from me!!

Tracking is so important. Fell off tracking that this past weekend I thought I was okay till stepped on the scale. It creeps up! Upset with myself! I didn’t even have any holiday parties this weekend. Grandson came to visit. Celebrated our 15 years Anniversary! I have to get my mindset on the right track! For sure! My go to simple strategies are deep breathing and journaling. Things that give my brain some space to process.

Absolutely. I have been working on what else brings me comfort when I’m stressed and feeling like I want that food comfort. I like to find food substitutes - Ilana has some good ones (I love her mug cakes). I also have been trying to find other things that help me - taking walks gets me moving in the simplest way and gets me away from the kitchen. Journaling has helped clear my mind too. Keep looking for ideas that help you.
Even if you don’t feel like it at first, try something new. After you do it, you can see if it works or if you can cross it off your list. You’ve got this!
