Thx :pray: I was very strict with my diet, having a deficit of 500-800kcal a day while tracking all my food and macros. I go to the gym 5 times a week (5split bodybuilding weight lifting plan) and run 2 times a week. Also I try to sleep at least 7 hours per night which is not so easy sometimes with a 2year old girl :smile:

Also Michael Matthews books 'thinner leaner stronger' and 'the little black book of workout motivation' were a big boost for me and gave me direction and further focus
