For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I’m a little worried. My weight is coming off- but very slowly. I still have 4lbs left to lose and I am only losing about 1lb a week.

One of the things that helps me most is drinking more water. Drinking half your weight in oz really flushes out all the leftovers in your body. So 160lbs would drink 80oz of water.
