  • Weekend grocery haul from Aldi! One thing that always helps me make the right decisions is to have healthy options in my fridge and to make healthier versions of the foods i crave. This week, I plan to make tortilla pizzas, hamburgers, taco salads, chicken breasts with cottage cheese, omelettes & more! I also have sweet potato tots from Walmart that we love in the airfryer, yum! Food is fuel, what's your favorite grocery staple to purchase for your journey?
