    Happy 3-Day Weekend Sunday!

    What are you doing? Down time? BBQs? Labor day celebrations? Shopping? Food prepping for your healthy weight loss (hint, hint :-) ???

    I’ve been really busy and need to catch up on housework and workwork. Food prep will be in there somewhere too. And if I have time I’d like to color my hair. (Like a 5yo with a box of crayons)

I’m the same way. I usually try not to be around foods I don’t have much control with.
BUT, it sounds like a special meal. Maybe portion a sane amount out early in a separate container and fill the rest of your meal later with some protein, lots of veggies, and fruit?
