Sarah, I really got into a rhythm and routine and my mindset was just different. We moved our family (with two toddlers!) to a new state this year and it’s just been hard. I definitely started going back to eating for comfort some times or just treating a lot more often. It’s so much easier for me when I’m not treating at all with super addictive foods but I let my guard down and have had a harder time getting back into the groove.

My meals have always just been in line with 2B Mindset and it really did make all the difference! I love any recipe Ilana throws out and was just open to trying new things! I love veggies anyways so it’s been easy for me to find delicious meals that I like. I also used social media to help myself stay accountable lol so I’m hoping by sharing my journey and my story again and with this, that it will help me with that accountability piece.
