  • Hi all! I went on a weight loss journey in 2022 and was successful at losing nearly 70 pounds all with nutrition and walking. I struggle with binge eating and unfortunately with a decline in my mental health, I started finding myself getting fast food a lot and binge eating again. I gained it all back quicker than I lost it. I got an email advertising this Diet Bet and am so happy to be back in the game. I don't have the confidence I once did to accomplish this but these bets have always been great motivators for me! I loved being a part of this group 2 years ago because it was very active and supportive. Wishing you all the best of luck in your journeys!! Pictured is my weightloss in 2022 from my highest of around 270 to 211. My lowest weight from my journey was 203 and I'm hoping to one day be in ONEderland!

I love how supportive this group is. The other DietBets with a lot of participation are the ones hosted by fatgirlfedup. I like to overlap bets so I'm always in one, always keeping the right mindset.
