I just blew a week of healthy eating. I was making goody bags for our grandkids to have at the races this weekend and there were extra Swedish gold fish and sour patch kids. I ate them. It happened so fast by the time I realized what I was doing they were down the hatch. This is why I can not have junk like this is my house. I am not going to let this discourage me. I will eat healthy the rest of the day. I will be dinner and done tonight!

You did not blow a week of eating healthy with one treat, that all of nothing mentality is terrible for your mindset. It was just one extra treat. Brush yourself off and start eating right as soon as you can!
