  • We made it! Super pumped to have won and most importantly I’m feeling much better with so much more water and veggies! This month was awesome for the accountability to say no to things that just were not worth eating and treating when it was planned and sooo worth it. See you later this month.

That was also something I learned. Some things are just not worth it to eat. I definitely had treats but less often and they were the “best” ones! It’s setting a higher standard!
