  • Dinner tonight: grilled salmon, airfryer sweet potato with cinnamon, + steamed broccoli - yum! I've used an airfryer since I started my journey & it's always been my favorite appliance! As someone who used to eat a ton of fried food, I've found that the way we prepare our foods can make such a difference with calories/taste. What'd you have?

Struggling with bad toothache so I had a homemade chilli cooked low and slow so it was really tender and didn’t need much chewing. Super tasty and healthy
