So tomorrow I meet with a trainer at the Y to plan a circuit that will help me burn calories without making my knees worse. According to my tracker I am exercising for an hour a day but only burning about 400 calories. At that rate, my little 2 pounds a week is going to stall out eventually.

2 pounds a week is just right but I worry it will stop if I don't boost my burn when I get closer to goal.
