They really do and consistency is key! Just because we slip up doesn’t mean we need to throw in the towel.

I tend to try to “fix everything” at once when I start a weight loss journey. This time time taking a gradual approach. I have a lot to lose so I don’t want to get discouraged and give up early. Baby steps!
