  • Oof I did not make this one!! But, I’ve spent the month working through my binge/emotional eating and I decided to put the scale away and work on myself so I’m proud of that. I’m also proud of the number on the scale this morning, I would’ve had to work really hard to make goal and I decided to shift my priorities for long term benefits, but I was still happy with the number today!

3 oz left! I started weight training a few weeks ago so I’m scared I’m going to gain that muscle in the next week that spikes the scale lol

We are 50% into the game and I’m only 25% closer to my goal. That math doesn’t work to win. I started off slowly since usually when I start off really strict it doesn’t last. Time to step up my game!

I’m thinking of doing a three day cleanse. They’ve worked for me in the past and it has been a long time since I’ve done one. I’m hoping that will help with the carb cravings in addition to knocking off a few pounds.

My go to 3 day cleanse is the one by Ms. Skinny -smoothies in the morning, salad a lunch, and soup in the evening. Plenty of food so not like a fast. Anyone else have a go to cleanse that works?

Best wishes, Lisa! Sometimes weight loss is steady and sometimes it is jumps at different levels! Mixing up your eating and movement routine is always a good idea to push forward!

  • Good morning! It is finally a new week. How are you entering this Monday? I did not want to get up and get a workout in. But here I am doing it. My youngest was up throughout the night last night and even though I did not wake up at 5:45 I still made a promise to myself. What are you working on this week?

My goal for the end of Oct. is to be under 200lbs. To do it, I overlapped games this month. My last game ended on the 2nd at 204lbs, which I achieved. This game, my weigh in this week is 201lbs. And my last one is at the end of Oct at 198lbs.

I am trying to focus really hard on the water this week. I have stacked this weekend on it and feeling it today. So got 2 waterbottles filled aready to go. Playing on getting into my headset VR to workout tonight to do alittle movement. Hope everyone has a great week!
