Got my workout in bright and early. Now trying to hit goal in a few days. I’m 2 lbs away. If it happens it happens. But still not giving up and trying. How are yall doing? You feeling good? What have you accomplished during this time? If you do not hit goal remember you’re not a failure

Doing good and trying to finish strong despite having a full weekend of get togethers. Will drink lots of water and focus on more veggies, less chips!

3 oz left! I started weight training a few weeks ago so I’m scared I’m going to gain that muscle in the next week that spikes the scale lol

As a self employed person who works from home, I don’t find weekends harder. I also do yard work and housework on Sundays so get in more movement. Next week I kick my weight loss efforts up a notch so I’m going to enjoy the weekend!

I work every other weekend. So the weekends I work I do well but the weekends I'm off I tend to fall off.

I'm pretty much bed bound with no way to exercise, so I'm focusing on my eating. This is going slow. I need to be patient and not go on a pizza bender.

You can unofficial weigh in whenever you want. The only required ones are starting and ending. You’ll she prompts that it is time to weigh in each week - as Emily pointed out that’s for people who paid the extra membership for a chance to win prizes from a draw.

Did not have a great first day. Krispy Kreme was waiting for me when I got to work :persevere: I failed and indulged. But I will get back up and start again today!

I’m with ChilledChaos - I signed up yesterday and used it as a planning/goal setting day. Charged up my dusty Fitbit and meal planned for the week. I feel motivated!
