Okay time to be real. This is my 8th time starting a diet bet and I’ve never finished one. But that is about to change. I can’t wait to fit into my jeans again so I can stop wearing leggings everywhere. I can’t wait to change my cravings to healthier options. And I can’t wait to feel comfortable just walking down the street.
I use to be a personal trainer and worked out 3-4 times a day and ate the healthiest of meals all day. Then Covid hit and I turned to comfort food like pizza rolls and mac and cheese + whiskey and beer. I know how to make healthier versions of both of those things and I need to say no to that after work drink.
I can’t wait to finish this diet bet with you all and finally see progress in this journey of becoming comfortable again
