My goal is to be around 71 kg (156 pounds) by the end of October and have a guilt-free Halloween party. I am actually not wanting to eat candies, junk food etc, but I really crave for drinks. How do you guys incorporate alc. drinks into your diet? I took the approach of completely avoiding them since the beginning of my diet.

We are 50% into the game and I’m only 25% closer to my goal. That math doesn’t work to win. I started off slowly since usually when I start off really strict it doesn’t last. Time to step up my game!

I’m thinking of doing a three day cleanse. They’ve worked for me in the past and it has been a long time since I’ve done one. I’m hoping that will help with the carb cravings in addition to knocking off a few pounds.

My go to 3 day cleanse is the one by Ms. Skinny -smoothies in the morning, salad a lunch, and soup in the evening. Plenty of food so not like a fast. Anyone else have a go to cleanse that works?

Best wishes, Lisa! Sometimes weight loss is steady and sometimes it is jumps at different levels! Mixing up your eating and movement routine is always a good idea to push forward!
