    As we head into these last few days, be kind to yourself and be proud of your decision to make your health a priority.

    A few tips for these final days:
    -No drastic changes
    -Keep moving
    -Drink your water
    -Get enough sleep
    -Limit salt
    -Find your joy

    Whether you're crushing your goal or struggling a bit, please keep in mind that PROGRESS is the real win. Any changes you can say you've noticed since the game started - that's what you should focus on. What have you learned about yourself? What little victories have you accomplished? My resolution for the upcoming month, which starts this week, is to add at least one HIIT training a week to my schedule. I've been hitting the 7.000-10.000 steps a day so it's time to add an extra thing. And one seems doable despite having a very busy work November :see_no_evil:
