How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • It's Monday - Don't forget to be awesome!

As we roll into week three, let's talk about snacks!

Snacking often gets a bad rap when it comes to working toward a healthy weight loss, but in reality, snacking is a perfectly healthy habit, provided you’re making thoughtful choices as to which foods you’re nibbling on and are mindful of portions!

We would love to hear about or see your healthy and satisfying snack ideas!

This time of year. I love to grab a bunch of sweet-crisp of apples – think Honeycrisp, Fuji, Gala, but even Granny Smith work great - some cinnamon and bake up these delicious and pleasantly crisp apple chips. Be sure to thinly slice the apples and allow enough baking and cooling time for them to reach the desired crunch!  Healthy snacking at its finest!

    How about you?
