How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I lost my last Dietbet by 0.5lbs, so here's to a fresh start!

My biggest issue has always been snacking at night, so I've tried to occupy my time with hot baths and to satisfy my need for flavours with sparkling water...

Does anyone else have this problem? If so, what do you do to stop all the snacking?!

So many great tips, thanks everyone!!! As a dental hygienist I can appreciate everyone brushing their teeth haha!

A hot bath sounds like a great idea, Sarah! I've found intermittent fasting to be helpful, but everyone is different. It can take a little while to adjust, but it helps keep my appetite in check. I also recommend finding hobbies to keep you distracted if you feel like eating out of boredom - reading, coloring, journaling, etc.
