I was doing great and I was right on track but woke up 3 pounds heavier today. (I weigh myself every Sunday) I know it could just be water retention from the holidays- I enjoyed myself a lot- but I am still worried I won’t make it now. Any suggestions? I plan to weigh myself every other day this week to see if it is just water retention but if it sticks around I’m worried I’ll be screwed😢
