This morning has been a slow go...just sluggish but I'm at least on my bike giving it what I have to give today.

Just won a different game and enjoyed yesterday and today to just relax and not worry about what I eat but back to the grind tomorrow! I’m doing great with my water intake though!!!

I was doing great and I was right on track but woke up 3 pounds heavier today. (I weigh myself every Sunday) I know it could just be water retention from the holidays- I enjoyed myself a lot- but I am still worried I won’t make it now. Any suggestions? I plan to weigh myself every other day this week to see if it is just water retention but if it sticks around I’m worried I’ll be screwed😢

Don't stress, Jenna! Make sure you are drinking your water and just get back to your normal eating. Go for a long walk, and get enough sleep :)
