  • Gone on vacation for 4+ weeks 16 days on a cruise…. And I still did it! So happy I decided to do this one and not just give in to cruise eating!!!

I'm already below goal weight on this challenge, since I have to meet lower goals on other challenges as soon as next week. Now hopefully I don't forget to weigh out of this one when it's time! I have it in my calendar, and so far am checking in here regularly, just have to keep it up now!

I would be really tempted to join a game that was diet or workout specific for more specific support that way! Maybe combine with the coach idea! Maybe a Bodyweight exercise routine group... And I have been getting into Intermittent Fasting and would love to join with others really focused on how to make that work. And many times I have tried to make calorie counting work for me, but fail due to willpower - maybe a macro focused group would help with that!

Offering more games with the 4% flex options (ex. Lose in 4-6 weeks). Games focused on exercise, maybe some weekly challenges and I love the idea of a game that would focus on the Intermittent Fasting lifestyle, which I am currently doing. Prizes are always a good incentive and motivator.
