  • Hi all!

    Joining this challenge pretty late into the game but I have a couple trips coming up. One in Feb. 7th and one in June 21st. Trying to get to my goal weight of 160 and diet bet really held me accountable last time around.

    Posting my last board from diet bet to let myself know it’s possible to cut serious weight in a strict diet and going to go back to that diet for these next two weeks. Plan will be to start another four week bet after this one ends.

    The dates stop because I went on a date on 8/23 and started dating a girl and I’ve really fallen of the regiment since then. Getting back to it!

What is your diet and exercise routine?

Hi @Asimwe!

Carnivore eating habits.
Steak, ground beef
Bacon
Eggs
Butter
Salt

Intermittent fasting. Usually doing 22 hour fast with a two hour eating window.

Exercise, minimal walking. Maybe 5,000 steps a day. Biggest thing is no carbs. But sticking to those few food items has been literally life changing for me.
