Ooh, that’s kind of deep. I have trouble motivating myself to leave the house now that I work part time from home. My neighborhood is not great to walk in, but if I take the bus to work, I can walk safely or use the gym for free. I think I need to face the fact that I’m not nearly as active at home and I need to go somewhere once or twice a week to do more. But I have to push myself to do it.
