¿ What YouTube workout channels do you like and use often ?

I need a bigger library for when my motivation is low to non-existent. 2025 is for focusing on consistent INTENTIONAL weekly workouts, with no more than 2 day breaks in-between.

Looking back in my apple health I started gaining weight when I started dating my boyfriend a little over a year ago. One of my goals is the weight I was when I started dating him. I’m super excited to beat that. Now I have even more reason to kick my own tush!! Dumb boys always want to go out to eat and he LOVES food trucks and diners.

He’s always positive and cheering me on. He doesn’t care if I’m fat or fatter as long as I’m happy. He will mention my diet bets if he thinks I’m doing the wrong food but ultimately leaves it up to me. He’s a good man. Hard head but good man. I’ve got 13 pounds to be back to where I was when we started dating. (If only my clothes fit like they did then!). Maybe by February my clothes will fit better.

Update: Logging my food, exercise, and water made a HUGE difference! When I diet / eat healthier I always feel like I’m eating enough vegetables, but it’s just that I’m eating “more” than I was, not “enough.” I rarely get 4 servings of vegetables or 3 servings of fruit unless I seriously push myself to do it. Also, I need a visual to keep track of my water, so I put a rubber band on my water bottle each time I refill it. Plain bands for #1 and 2, then purple bands for 3 & 4. I hate logging, but it works for me!

Way to go. I like the water bottle bamd trick for keeping track. I also need to track to stay on track.

Ooh, that’s kind of deep. I have trouble motivating myself to leave the house now that I work part time from home. My neighborhood is not great to walk in, but if I take the bus to work, I can walk safely or use the gym for free. I think I need to face the fact that I’m not nearly as active at home and I need to go somewhere once or twice a week to do more. But I have to push myself to do it.

Yes, it will feel good to stretch that comfort zone! For me....it's breaking in better habits to replace bad ones.

Uh oh, it got quiet in here! Is anyone trying to do extra to make up for the approaching turkey day? I’m not doing as well as I expected, so I’m going to start logging my food. I don’t like doing it, but if it helps, it’ll be worth it. Also I learned to cook asparagus with mushrooms and also zucchini to give myself two more vegetables for variety!

I track my macros. High protein, moderate carb and fat. 1200 calories. Over 80 protein. Under 50 fat and carbs. I can’t really exercise much so I’m strict on diet. I’ve got a neuromuscular disease and I fatigue extremely fast. But my boyfriend and I walk 3-4 times a week at the mall or farmers market and take breaks when needed (he has heart and kidney failure and gets tired fast also)
