Update: Logging my food, exercise, and water made a HUGE difference! When I diet / eat healthier I always feel like I’m eating enough vegetables, but it’s just that I’m eating “more” than I was, not “enough.” I rarely get 4 servings of vegetables or 3 servings of fruit unless I seriously push myself to do it. Also, I need a visual to keep track of my water, so I put a rubber band on my water bottle each time I refill it. Plain bands for #1 and 2, then purple bands for 3 & 4. I hate logging, but it works for me!

Way to go. I like the water bottle bamd trick for keeping track. I also need to track to stay on track.
