  • Found a place called Vitality Bowls while traveling for work. Total meal 560kc. There's sous-vide chicken which, if you haven't tried it, is juicy, tender and healthily prepared. Loving my greens.

Hi Eric, yes! Being mentally engaged everyday on your eating habits. Weighing and tracking your calories and staying in a calorie deficit every day was my key to success.

I agree with Kelli. Also, do not dine out. Make time to cook. Food prep. You're worth every moment you invest in yourself. Be consistent in your health rituals and routines. That's what I associate with staying engaged in your eating habits. Offer yourself grace. Just because you need up up one meal, it doesn't mean you ruined a whole day. It's a meal. You correct your driving and align yourself again. Check in often. We got you.

I have an underlying back issue and it decided to wreak havoc on me this week 😭😭 Trying really hard to focus on nutrition and hopefully resume my workouts this weekend *cross fingers*

2 years ago I embarked on my weight loss journey and lost 20lbs. I stopped working out for quite sometime after starting a new job and sadly getting out of my routine. I'm excited to get back to it!

My nutrition goal is to eat more protein and fiber and less sugar. My exercise plan is to alternate weight lifting with beginner long distance cardio. Maybe I'll get brave one day and do those calisthenics and martial exercises.....but let's not get ahead of ourselves.

I'm excited to roll into the holiday season and 2025 feeling good. Best of luck to EVEYONE!!

Unfortunately right now I don't have a good amount of "receipts". A good chunk of my family is vegan which is SUPER high in fiber. So I'm stealing their super salads, smoothies, bowls, soups, etc and adding chicken, beef, or salam to it. I've never heard of Blue Zone, I'll have to look it up! Thanks!

  • This image inspires me to go within and to eat clean. I don't know why. It just does, so Iook at it every other day. I fantasize about escaping the routine of daily grind and focusing on self-care. Connecting with Mother Earth brings me ease. I just have to find a way to make more time to connect with Her.

  • I was curious about quiche. I have never made or had quiche before until now. Here I have two spinach and mushroom quiches. They're freshly out of the oven, so they haven't settled in the photo. It turns out that quiche is tasty but I wonder if you have any recommendations for alternatives to cheese other than vegan cheese? 350kc per 150 mg slice. It's a savory treat.

Nutritional yeast can add a good funky cheese like flavor! Or, if you want a different way to add the rich texture as well as flavor oil packed sun dried tomatoes can be good too.

My name is Ashley, and I will be your host for this game! I don't participate as a player in my hosted games as I never want you to feel like there is a competition element with me, but outside of this game, I'm in the challenge with you!   • I started doing salad in a jar and have branched out to a meal in a jar! Makes for an easy and healthy quick lunch or dinner. Easier it is, easier it is to stay on track!
