  • I am struggling big time with my nutrition. This past weekend I ate so much fast food (Taco Bell/Popeyes/Jack in the Box) and so I really need to get back into gear, follow 2b mindset, and meal prepping/planning for the week:

    Breakfast: choc PB chia banana smoothies (making smoothie packs to dump in the blender and just need to add milk)

    Lunch: lentil chicken curry with cauliflower rice (cooked chicken and made lentils)

    Snacks: IQ protein bar and/or veggies and eggs

    Dinner: veggies most (spaghetti squash/marinara/chicken sausage, salmon/brussel sprouts, beef taco salad)

    I am getting heavier and heavier and I need to just stop before I have to be on diabetes medication (I’m prediabetic)!! I exercise daily but I’m learning that nutrition really is the key to weight loss!

    Just had my smoothie and feel better already!!
