After I posted yesterday morning I got sick with a stomach bug. At the moment I can only keep down some bone broth and ginger-camomile tea. Dropped weight massively in a span of 36h, well massively according to me that is to say.

I've already contacted my midwife, it's all good for now but I have to keep my fluids in. Baby check-up is Monday morning.

I'm just about to turn in for the night and I remembered to do the final weigh-in. I was still at goal weight after having my bone broth dinner and water / ginger-camomile tea.

Fingers crossed that my weigh-in gets approved. I tried to smile in the full body picture, don't know how well that worked out though..I still feel weak. Just strong enough to take the pictures before I forget to do it in time.

Being a little sleep deprived I thought the final weigh in was this morning, instead of tomorrow morning. Lol. Just one more day. I'm at goal, hopefully it will stay that way. Fingers crossed.

Well I had a bad day yesterday and gave in to stress eating. I am now up with 2 pounds of bloat weight. Today I am treating my son to Momma-Dashiell breakfast date, but I’m going to really focus on a healthy lunch and a light and healthy dinner. Steps and water, here I come! A little behind in both this morning. Feeling pretty crappy after yesterday’s binge! I genuinely think those two rusty nails made me feel better tho ???‍♀️

We had a good time! I’m kind of a mess after hosting family yesterday, but I’m surviving! I will definitely need the May DB with you! But I think I’m going to win this one! :) how are you feeling??

I'm good! Feeling a little sleep deprived at the moment though. Made goal, thankfully, without doing anything really for it. Sometimes a little cardio and walking the dog multiple times a day. Weird pregnancy hormones with dropping weight.

I'm currently also in FatGirlFedUp DB, it's already going on. But I think the joining window is still open. Otherwise I will hopefully see you in the May DB :grin:

I have been pretty good this round but this past weekend I changed from night shift to day shift. I started to transition my hours on Friday and then just push through all day Saturday and then Sunday. But my body has me wide awake after sleeping for about 3 hours. And now I have a weight gain! I leave for vacation tomorrow so I’m planning on working out everyday, sticking with my diet and I’ll be drinking more water because I’ll be in hot weather. I know I’ve heard sleep makes a big difference in weight loss. Has anyone had an experience with sleep issues and weight gain? Or noticed a better loss with better sleep?

Sleep makes a big difference for me! I need 5 to love, 7 to be good, 8 to thrive. On days I get 7-8 I usually see weight loss.

Yes, I’m gonna track my water again starting tomorrow. I think that makes a big difference for me.
