I have been pretty good this round but this past weekend I changed from night shift to day shift. I started to transition my hours on Friday and then just push through all day Saturday and then Sunday. But my body has me wide awake after sleeping for about 3 hours. And now I have a weight gain! I leave for vacation tomorrow so I’m planning on working out everyday, sticking with my diet and I’ll be drinking more water because I’ll be in hot weather. I know I’ve heard sleep makes a big difference in weight loss. Has anyone had an experience with sleep issues and weight gain? Or noticed a better loss with better sleep?

Sleep makes a big difference for me! I need 5 to love, 7 to be good, 8 to thrive. On days I get 7-8 I usually see weight loss.

Yes, I’m gonna track my water again starting tomorrow. I think that makes a big difference for me.
